Experimental Kossel Mod Frame, Made from Aluminum Extrusions and Smooth Rods --- This unique Kossel Mod features a frame constructed entirely of 20mm aluminium extrusion with 8mm smooth rods replacing linear guides as an alternative option. Alternatively, the frame can also be built using 15mm aluminium extrusion and still incorporating 8mm smooth rods. Composition of Carriage: --- Instructions for Printing: The top frame requires a print with 10% infill, 5 perimeters, and a layer height of 0.2. The lower frame needs to be printed with 15% infill, 5 perimeters, and also a layer height of 0.2. Assembling the Kossel Mod: The top and bottom frames are each composed of nine 20mm x 300mm aluminium extrusions, while three tower sections made up of 20mm x 770mm aluminium extrusions are also required. The rods needed for assembly include six 8mm x 770mm smooth rods.
