This is a case for the popular Zach Tek WSPR radio beacon. If you are unfamiliar with this beacon transmitter, Google ZachTek, it is a really cool, low power, self contained WSPR beacon. There are two parts to this design, the main case and the cover. The PC board sits on studs with holes that are sized for 4-40 or M3 size screws to self tap into the plastic. You shouldn't need to tap the holes, small screws easily self tap into plastic, if you decide you want larger diameter mounting holes in the studs, be careful because a drill bit will grab the plastic and pull itself all the way through. It won't hurt anything, but you will end up with holes in the bottom of the case! There is enough room over the PC board for the required toroid inductors for the selected band. Nothing special about printing this, any ole' material should work fine. If you are going to leave it outside, use a little common sense and put it inside something to keep it dry. Happy printing. 73 Ron K7RJ
