Z wobble Fix For M6 rod
thingiverse
I upgraded my Chinese printer's Z rod with M5 rods that weren't delivering quality prints, so I decided to modify the existing setup instead of replacing it entirely with M8 Rods. To do this, I sanded down the holes in the Z rod, allowing me to use M6 rods: The standard anti-wobble design is typically reserved for M8 rods, and the knob on the M6 rod wouldn't fit properly, so I came up with a quick fix. I reprinted the entire piece with smoother surfaces and added a small fillet to the base for easier removal from the bed.
