Z wobble fix and cable chain

Human: I've combined the wobble fixer for Geeetech Prusa I3 pro B, found here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1904968, with a Cable Chain End for X axis http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1501089. The "Open cable chain" by Vanson reduces the maximum length in Z-axis, causing the chain to touch the screen control and screw on the right when moving the extruder to the top-right position. To resolve this issue, I've merged the cable chain from the front of the wobble fixer, eliminating any possibility of it coming into contact with other printer parts. Additionally, I've incorporated cable chain and spring components from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:611593. This modification requires 27 cable chains and 29 springs. Note that the v2 cable chain for Nema 17 has not been tested yet.
