Z-Vice Turntable
thingiverse
I've picked up a used Z-Vice, and it appears they no longer manufacture these. The unit was missing several accessories that normally come with the product. This is a turntable designed for the Z-Vice, along with an additional washer to enhance its functionality. It will provide a few more degrees of movement than the original turntable, but won't be as robust as the alloy version that comes standard. Below is a YouTube link showcasing the Z-vice, so you can get a better understanding of what I'm working with (hopefully, posting links is allowed here). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LiGY1DCyjXY&t=81s I haven't initiated printing yet as I'm still waiting for my printer to arrive. This project is ongoing; I might make adjustments to the model and reduce PLA usage by removing unnecessary blocks and adding ribs to reinforce the part, or even enlarging it once I've tested this out. The dimensions of the turntable are 270mm in length, 80mm in width, and 32mm in height. Cura's recommended settings for a CR10 printer indicate that this model will require approximately 140g of material and about 9 hours to print with 20% infill.
