<p>Experimental Z tops with 608 bearings to support z axis lead screw and minimise wobble.</p> <p>These give the same amount of z axis movement as the original parts so you should not encounter any calibration issues.</p> <p>Requires 2x 608 bearings<br/> 22mm OD 8mm ID 7mm Thickness</p> <p>Re-use the 4 standard bolts from the original parts.</p> <p>If any vibration occurs from the bearings one solution is to use 8mm long piece of heat shrink to place over the tip of the lead screw.</p> <p>Feedback is welcome. Remember this is an experiment.</p> <p>You can load the G code up here <a href="https://ncviewer.com">https://ncviewer.com</a> and simulate before using in on your printer or just slice it yourself.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print in PETG with no supports and 20% infill at 0.20 layer height.</p>
