Z thrust bearing mount for Loches upgraded MG Prusa

To enhance a MG Prusa with Loches Z axis upgrade and the coupling system from Thingiverse, I de-integrated certain elements. This works well, except that rods no longer reach the lower constraint. Print a new lower Z-axis stabilizer prior to installation. My print quality was affected by a faulty slic3r configuration. For detailed instructions, refer to the "parent" thing; you'll need long M3 screws and two 608 bearings. I recently switched to 22mm outer, 1/4 inch inner "extended inner" bearings from VXB for better fit and constraint reach. Fine-tuning the Z leadscrews is crucial for optimal print quality.
