The Dorner Parts Conveyor features a 10" wide belt, measuring 9'1" in length and 24" in entry height. The eject height is at 45° up-rise angle. This conveyor model comes with a 3200 Series T-Slot side rail cleated modular belt and Z frame, offering an inclining LPZ Conveyor with a horizontal discharge module that's 2'6" long. The standard discharge tail and drive shaft are in position A, while the 45-degree mid module is 5'8" long. The infeed module is a horizontal L3, measuring 2'6" in length with a standard infeed tail. This conveyor system utilizes plastic chain type NH flush grid (open mesh) polypropylene with 3" tall cleats on 10" centers. The usable chain width is 7.25". The motor mounting package for the end drive conveyor, mounted in A position and featuring a 16:16 pulley ratio, powers the conveyor. It's equipped with a 3200 Series standard load parallel shaft gearmotor (0.17 hp, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 28 RPM) that provides a belt speed of 29 ft/min (8.8 m/min). A separate order for the 3-phase starter is required. The manual motor starter, a 230V, 3 phase unit providing 1.0-.1.6 amps, includes wiring to both the motor and the starter. The Lockout / Tagout kit, fixed height stand with foot pads for the discharge module, mid module, and infeed module, and diagonal bracing are also included. The conveyor load capacity is 20 lbs per square foot (97 kgs per square meter) up to a maximum of 119 lbs (54 kg). Stand support components ensure an infeed belt height of 24" and a discharge belt height of 72". Please secure the support stands to the floor for stability.
