This is a custom Z-axis endstop relocation mount designed specifically for the Tristarbot M1 Printer. I developed this innovative solution when we upgraded the hot end to a Prusa housing for the E3D V6. This versatile mount enables you to position the endstop switch below the factory settings, which proves particularly useful with various hot end configurations that are shorter than the standard hot end for this printer. I crafted the part with slots for the end-stop mount holes, allowing you to easily adjust its position. This thoughtful design ensures precise alignment and secure installation. The mount was 3D printed from high-strength Nylon using a .15 layer height and 25% infill for added rigidity. Although other settings can be used, I recommend avoiding PLA due to its fragile nature and the need for this part to support the weight of the switch. To install the bracket, you will require an additional 3mm screw and square nut for the frame. I carefully selected a matching pair that was identical to those provided with the factory mount.
