Z stop spacer transitions seamlessly from Bed to a precise 3.2mm (1/8") thick glass or mirror, requiring no adjustments to the level. Slide the Z stop switch to the right when printing on bed to achieve perfect alignment. Add tape or lightly sand for fine-tuning as needed, ensuring it is fully seated in place. This spacer provides excellent results without re-leveling the bed, thanks to its 3.4mm thickness on the bottom. A 2.5mm hole can be tapped for a 3mm screw if necessary, or you can add some tape inside for a snugger fit. The current design fits my printer perfectly, offering smooth and precise printing results.
