To resolve the issue of loose screw flanges on the Z-Stage, causing variations in z offsets and resulting in poor prints, an improved solution is proposed. By printing and fitting a cap over the flange, it can be securely attached using three M3 bolts. Drill holes according to the part's design and ensure the use of sufficiently long bolts, ideally 20 mm but 16 mm may suffice if necessary.
