Z Slider for Foldarap 2.5: A Solution to Misaligned Nuts. I discovered that using a standard Z slider resulted in loose nuts, causing the entire assembly to misalign. To resolve this issue, I apply heat to the nuts using a heat gun or flame, which allows them to securely seat into the corresponding nut pockets on the Z slider. Alternatively, adjusting the width of these nut pockets can also solve the problem. Currently, my adjustment stands at 7.4mm, but a more precise measurement reveals that an M5 nut's flat-to-flat dimension is approximately 8mm.
