To assemble a Prusa Mendel z-axis, ensure the bracket is robust enough to accommodate two rods. One side of the bracket features a smaller hole dimension for attaching stepper motors, while the larger hole side accommodates threaded rods. First, print the required parts, then sandwich them together. Next, screw using M4 screws and nuts, ensuring a super tight fit on the stepper motor shaft side without causing damage.
