Z-rod support for Ender 3 Pro
thingiverse
I'd say this support fits perfectly with any Ender 3 Pro. There's little to say - just print it with 30% infill and three wall line counts. The bearing used is a 625 ZZ, which can be found on Amazon or repurposed from an old printer wheel, as I did. I designed the support for a tight fit, so to mount the bearing, keep it at room temperature, place the support on a heated bed at 70 degrees for 1.5 minutes, and then press the bearing into its place onto a hard, flat surface. A small tool, such as a hammer or similar object, can be used to help - I did this without any issues. Print the "Z Guide (bearing) Acc v1.stl" file separately at low speed with 100% infill and 0.1 layer height. To fit this part into the bearing's inner ring, use the same heat trick and a small tool. Finally, make sure everything is properly mounted and centered. Check out a nice filament guide for Ender 3 Pro here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4487170
