At MonotaRo, purchase a M6x285mm stainless steel bolt and an NTN-606ZZ bearing from the following links: http://www.monotaro.com/p/3471/2745/ and http://www.monotaro.com/p/0032/9287/. Fasten the 606ZZ bearing with an M3x10 screw and washer. Note that on Jul 15, 2014, a caution was added regarding the axes distance of 34.7mm designed by base-LR parts, as mentioned in this blog post: http://ginger-soft.blog.so-net.ne.jp/2014-07-15.
