Z-REX
thingiverse
Z-Rex's (pronounced "Zee - Rex") are compact, simple, and entertaining prints of a dinosaur model with an opening mouth/jaws and teeth that grip. No support is required; just print it with at least 3 layers and 50% or more infill to make the jaws/mouth springy so they open and close effectively. At standard scale, Z-Rex's are 125mm long. You can safely uniformly scale them up (as this will increase internal clearances), but scaling them down may result in the mouth/jaws not moving properly. Please refer to the provided images and print instructions for additional information, and share photos of your Z-Rex's. Z-Rex's work similarly to my Sharkz/CrocZ/EagleZ etc. These prints can be found at: 'Bugz' http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1904654; 'Sharkz': http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:910216; 'Ratz' http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1532944; 'Crocz' http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:941177; 'Woodpeckerz' http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1155168; 'Eaglez' http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:963892; 'Catz' http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:988088; 'Scorpionz' http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1001286.
