Z-Probe Mount w/ fine adjust flexure

This is a mount for inductive probes used in 3D printer bed autoleveling systems. I pair it with a Fotek PS-05N sensor on my Voxel OX 8" 3D Printer to get accurate z-height measurements. The adjustable bolt allows me to fine tune the probe's height relative to my print bed. It moves smoothly due to a flexure mechanism that enables the sensor to slide along one axis relative to the mount. With the current settings, it can travel 1.5mm up or down from center. This design attaches securely to the side of a 2020 extrusion profile and extends past its end. To customize the part for my specific setup, I must adjust the distanceToMount setting, which is the vertical distance between the sensor mounting holes and my chassis bolt position. Measuring this within about 1mm accuracy is key. Take your measurement when the nozzle is at bed level and the sensor is barely triggered. It's crucial to use a lock nut on the end of the adjustment bolt. This specific type of nut spins freely with the bolt during adjustment, while the washers on each end facilitate this smooth movement. As you turn the bolt, the captured nut on the flexure shuttle moves up or down accordingly. Hardware required: - Sensor mounting components - 2 M3 x 25 bolts - 2 M3 nuts - Adjustable bolt - 1 M3 x 30 bolt - 1 M3 nut - 1 M3 nylon lock nut - 2 M3 washers - Mounting to chassis hardware - 1 M5 x 8 bolt - 1 M5 T-slot nut I drew inspiration from my linear stage flexure OpenSCAD library, available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1118407
