I've been experiencing a nasty Z wobble due to my lead screw not being straight, but I managed to fix this by incorporating a spring-like component into the nut holder to eliminate any wobbling action. So far, it's working smoothly and might just be what someone else needs for their similar problem. I drew inspiration from odudex's ingenious design of Wobbless X Mounts, which recommends using ABS material, but I opted for PLA instead - it seems to work perfectly well.
