Z Motor Mount

This is a basic motor mount designed specifically for a 2020 extrusion that enables the secure vertical mounting of z stepper motors. A notch on one face allows easy insertion of wiring connectors. Important note: You may need to carefully file both sides of the notch to ensure the motor sits flat on the bottom face, avoiding any bowing or unevenness. Filing is preferable to a loose fit, which can cause frustration and wasted time. For additional security, consider using epoxy or matching screws found at the motor's base, taking care not to over-tighten. Two millimeter screws used on top may not be compatible with those on the bottom, but holes are provided for possible use along with washers for a snug fit.
