With the E3D volcano installed on the CR-10S, simply raise the Z axis limit. The attachment piece clips seamlessly onto the CR-10 cross piece above the Z axis switch; when in place, it triggers about 6mm earlier to prevent the volcano hot end from hitting the build plate.
