Z-level finetuner for Ultimaker

This modification enhances Z-level precision for printbed endstop by following these instructions: 1) Remove Z-endstop, 2) Insert 3 nylock M3 nuts in the block per drawing, 3) Add switch to the block, 4) Take out left Z-rod, 5) Drill a hole at the precise location on top, 6) Install M3 x 30+ screw with washer from inside, then secure with a nylock nut, 7) Attach switch to backplate using 2 M3 x 20 screws and washers, 8) Replace left Z-rod, 9) Fine-tune Z-height with long M3 screw in the block, and 10) Optionally tighten backplate screws after adjustment.
