Z-knob stop for MakerGear M2

This lock keeps the MakerGear M2 Z-axis knob secure when motors are turned off. The Z-stage drops, but no harm done because this design stops descent and lets lift occur freely. For dual upgrade users, though, there's an issue: the extruder assembly can't reach its full left position. A newer version solves this problem at thingiverse.com/934680. These instructions should print without issues, and work with both old and new style knobs. It is loose on new knobs, which are smaller, and tight on old knobs, but scaling could resolve these issues. However, clearing the extruder mount poses a bigger challenge due to its close fit with "home X" limits making any redesign too time-consuming right now.
