Z-Extension (left) Filament Tube Holder

This Mod/Remix allows users to combine James's tube holder with both AzzA's Z-Brace and Z-Extension, which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:921948 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1444979. The combination works perfectly because there is enough clearance to attach the PTFE Tube without interference from the Z-Brace. Two different .STL files are provided: "Z-Extension_Filament HolderR" has the filament tube holder at an average distance, allowing for clearance between the Z-brace, while "Z-Extension_Filament Holder elevated" positions the filament tube holder all the way to the top of the Left Z-Extension, providing more clearance between the Z-brace. Print Settings: Rafts: Don't worry about it. Supports: No need for them. Resolution: 0.2 is sufficient. Infill: 50% should be enough, but you can increase it after 7mm where the filament holder starts if you use Simplify3D or another slicer that allows different infill levels.
