The telescopic adjustable mount for a Z axis endstop microswitch can be easily assembled by following these instructions. Print two parts: the clamp and the switch mount in ABS material. Assemble it with M4 bolt (50mm) + M4 nut + 3xM4 washers, M3 bolt (20mm) + M3 nut + M3 washer, and 2xM2.5 bolts (20mm) + 2xM2.5 nuts + 2xM2.5 washers (or alternatively, M3 for these). Thread the parts in order of the M4 washer, clamp, M4 washer, spring, M4 washer, switch mount, and M4 nut. Tightening or loosening the bolt will adjust the height. Mount it under the X-axis gantry as shown in the instructions. If you prefer a different design for better clearance, use z-switchr.stl.
