Just a basic z-axis coupler from the 5mm stepper motor to the 8mm threaded rod. They make way for reliable non-sprung couplers, ditching the dodgy ones that came with the printer. My initial design featured shorter screws with recesses for the head and nut; however, it split at the base of the recesses. I reworked it to use longer screws that fit snugly across the entire thickness of the part... fingers crossed it's a slight improvement (working smoothly with no signs of failure so far).
