Z braces for Ender 3
thingiverse
I discovered that the vertical beams of my Ender 3 were not parallel to the base in the y-axis. To rectify this, I created these straightforward z-braces which can be easily integrated without altering the printer's structure. These bracing units are designed to position the threaded rod as close to the frame as feasible, thereby significantly enhancing its stability.\r\nBe aware that installing these z-braces reduces the maximum z-axis height by approximately 220mm. This is not a concern for me since I rarely print at heights beyond this threshold and opt for my CR-10 when such projects arise.\r\nIf you found this solution helpful, consider supporting my work with a coffee: http://ko-fi.com/properprinting
