Z-Brace Screen offset for Tophattwaffle's CR-10 Control Box Removal Mod

Just a simple offset block so you can use TopHatWaffle's mod with Mk42Workshop's Z-Braces. You can probably just mirror the screen mount and case files, but I liked having everything on the left side of the printer, since thats the side with the extruder (and therefore filament source). All you need is: 4x M4x12 and 4x M4 nuts. Printed in PETG. Many thanks to both THW and Mk42Workshops for their awesome work. Side note: I have my PSU relocated because I'm using the Exo Slide Y-bed Kit and I couldn't keep the PSU in that location, and a simple SD card extender module mounted on the Z-brace base for ease with double sided tape.
