I designed an adjustable grip for my z tower feet that builds upon the design of AzzA's Balls and BallsMk2 found on his Z braces. The extruded grip on the BallsMk2 was sliding on the Top Mount of my WDI3P, making it harder to turn them. This new design keeps the outside perimeter of the "Mk1" but incorporates the advantages of the Mk2. The socket for the nut is 8mm deep, allowing you to use locking nuts or standard 6.5mm nuts. Installing this grip with my adjustable feet will give your printer a uniform look. 190203 - I added G2 to the design with minor tweaks. 190205 - I made a test print and found the nut too tight, so I adjusted the design for horizontal expansion (for 0.4mm nozzles). Now I consider the design finished and have ended the "work in progress" status. 190207 - I added some finishing touches to this grip, including comparison pictures and proof of function. I appreciate any comments, suggestions or criticism you may have!
