This bearing retainer plate is designed for the other side of the Z Axis's bearing. It suits the Cupcake CNC's U-Style version that can be refitted without removing the Z stage. The plate features integrated M3 nuts to simplify installation. However, avoid printing from an SD card as it won't stop at the operator stop for M3 nut insertion. If the original upgrade version isn't strong enough, use the thicker one with extra layers. For Cupcake CNCs with stock nozzles, print from provided G-Code since the operator stop is in the right location. When generating G-Code from STL files, add 'M103' on layer 5.234 (before nut cavity closure) and then 'G0 Z100' for moving up to insert nuts; follow it with 'M01' for placing 4 M3 nuts before cleaning any dribbles.
