Trolley Z for xy core uses a normal 25 mm vslot to slide on a 30x30 aluminum profile. Two trolleys are joined with a 20x20 section that features an automatic adjustment and recovery system using a normal bed spring. You will need both Z 4 vslots, 4 M5 30 mm screws, 4 M5 nuts, 4 m5 washers, and 8 M4 screws with corresponding hammer nuts for 20x20 profiles to complete the setup. Assembly begins by inserting nuts into seats. Then, insert a vslot in its seat with two M5 washers on sides and tighten screw until lateral clearance is eliminated. Next, insert a 20x20 section into trolley with shorter seat and tighten screws. On the other side, use a 5.5 mm bit to insert a 40 mm M5 screw with spring attached. Insert carriage and place it inside 30x30 frame. Cut the 20x20 section to size so that it fits inside trolley pushed by spring. Tighten 4 M4 screws to make lock. The adjustment will automatically be made by the spring. Please note that this is an experimental truck design, but it should work perfectly in any case. Two carts will then be joined together using one or more 20x20 aluminum bars that support the bed.
