I created this insulating tube because I was melting the filament with the z-axis grease, and it was irritating me and I was not finding one that would serve me here in the community. So to end my concern, I made this model without affecting the vertical movement. My printer is an Ender 3 V2, but it may also work with Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro. * I suggest lubricating the tube internally.
