z-axis top stabilizer

This is a modification of the z-axis top holder for the Prusa i3 Original. The design takes its cue from the original mount, specifically the one featuring 8mm smooth rod and 5mm thread. Despite being a tight fit with the smooth rod, it has just enough clearance with the 5mm to allow smooth movement. I was having issues with prints shifting as the print height increased, which led me to notice a significant wobble within the z-axis rods. But since installing this modification, my prints have gone off without a hitch. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Original Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.16mm Infill: 100% Notes: Feel free to use your own print settings or adopt mine. Typically, I print at 210C for the extruder and 60C for the bed, with the fan always on at a speed of 40mm/s (infill and perimeters).
