Z axis system for CoreXY printer 5mm rod & lm12uu bearing
thingiverse
I'm working on my new Core XY design, which uses LM12UU bearings and a 5mm rod. The extrusion connector part is based on a 20x20 sigma profile. I'll post more pictures soon. Q: Why are there three holes in the Z-Axis-Corexy-5.STL file? A: You can use these holes to split this part into four separate pieces, each with its own rod and motor for a total of four motors on the Z-axis. I've recently purchased a lead screw from AliExpress. It's a THSL-500-8D T-type stepper motor lead screw with an 8mm diameter and 500mm length, featuring a copper nut.
