Z-Axis Rod Support for Synchronizer (Anet E12)
thingiverse
This is a swift revamp of the factory Z axis lead screw support bearing mount. This enables you to install a pulley setup at the top of the lead screws, thereby facilitating synchronization of your dual Z motors while utilizing factory parts from the Anet E12. This configuration should be compatible with any 2020/2040 extrusion-based printer featuring the same spacing as the Anet E12. I have now developed my own tensioner mechanism that you can find below. Other tensioners may work, but mine is specifically designed to function with the stock rods and is spaced accordingly, matching these supports. -=v3 file utilizes a shorter 10mm screw, v4 features a thicker base and can be used with factory 12mm screws=- You will require: 2x Stock rod bearings 4x M3x12 screws 4x M3 T-nuts 2x GT2 Pulleys 8mm inner diameter (I utilized 20 tooth GT2 Pulleys) Tensioner: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3388609
