W.I.P I needed a functional optical endstop trigger to integrate with my Ultimaker 2 EX Clone seamlessly. The Opto front and back support from Denisc proved to be an ideal solution, as it enables the mounting of the optical endstop onto the Z axis Linear shaft efficiently. To activate the endstop effectively, I designed a trigger that will be attached to the top of a SC12LUU 12mm Linear Ball Bearing Block. This design was created using Tinkercad, and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7u51xfrurOo Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: The trigger looks promising when attached to the endstop while simulating a linear shaft, although it's yet to be fitted in my setup. Feel free to adjust according to your specific needs.
