Z Axis Motor Spacer for lowering motor
thingiverse
I designed a device to disengage my z axis motors after installing a wobble fix, which resulted in the fouling of my brass nut and downloaded couplers. It fits between your motor and the printer frame; the motor becomes offset so you can screw it all together with simple bolts. It is perfectly safe to have the motors at an angle by the way. Bolt to your motor first then line up and screw to the frame I have since printed a lot of things and had no issues, good luck I hope this helps someone! You will need some M3 bolts, I had enough left over from my build. A M3 tap would be helpful but you may be able to just self-tap the threads with the bolts.
