I reconfigured the z-axis layout on my SparkCube by substituting 3 ballscrews for the original design, and as a result I've got this particular component - one of two standalone units making up the lower z-axis mechanism. This specific holder cradles the motor responsible for driving the three precision-controlled ball bearings that power the z-axis system.
