Z Axis Lead screw - Coupler 12 to 8 mm

I had mistakenly printed the pieces I needed for 8 mm, but instead I got ones that were designed for 12 mm. So, instead of getting an extra 7 hours of print time, I came up with this quick fix to use an 8 mm steel rod in place of the 12 mm parts. If you've made the same mistake as me, simply print four of these couplers and attach them where the rods go into each side of the machine. This should get you back on track.
