Z-Axis Guide (Prusa Clone)
thingiverse
These were designed specifically for the Anet A8 printer. All holes have a 30-degree taper on the plate facing side, making it easier to print. This does not seem to affect the strength or quality of the joint. Future updates are planned to improve these designs. A full-top plate is being created to cover all holes, ensuring they remain invisible. Additionally, a design that doesn't require external purchases will be implemented. Model files will also be included for anyone to edit through OnShape. The following parts are required: 2 bearings with an inner diameter of 8mm and an outer diameter of 22mm. I purchased mine from Ebay at [www.ebay.com/itm/Pack-of-10-Balls-Bearing-608ZZ-ID-Bore-8mm-22mm-7mm-608Z-By-VXB-Bearings-608/400072122346?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649].
