Z-axis floating-nut-arrester

The wobble arrester design by TwoTimes on Thingiverse, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:215, provides a simple solution to improve print smoothness by eliminating rotating Z-shaft wobble. You'll need to purchase vertical rails and bushings as listed in the materials for the arrester. The design features a Z-axis nut capturing mechanism with a smooth base that slides under the acrylic, and a vertical pin to prevent rotation. For added simplicity, print 4 pieces, cut 7mm pins, and mount them as shown in the pictures. Remove wood nut-stops from the Z-acrylic and place the prints over each nut with the pin facing out, then reassemble for smoother prints. Don't forget to check out the cool vertical rail mounts on TwoTimes' design!
