I printed out the designs from \rhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1328848\r and \rhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2448508\r, but I ran into an issue with the E3DV6 Hot end being 12 mm lower than the standard XYZ Hotend. I'm also using a 3mm glass plate on my print bed. That's why I needed the Z axis extension - it saved me about 6 mm of Z-Offset correction instead of 12 mm. The extension fits snugly in place, which is good because I want to make sure it doesn't budge. When you're done with a print, test the max downward movement so you don't hit the bottom case or the rotating table on my 3in1 printer. As soon as I printed this design, I found that someone else had the same idea, but mine is a bit more robust - it keeps the extension from sliding forward too.
