Z Axis Crank for the Ender 3 Pro

I printed out the handle IDZignit designed, but it wouldn't budge on the z-axis. I pulled out the mounting shank and stretched it to get more room between the top of the threaded rod and the frame. Since the original handle refused to thread onto the rod, I grabbed the thread from RichardJean's lead screw and blended it into the mounting shank. The crank now threads down smoothly onto the rod, winding the Z-axis up with ease. It won't lower the Z-axis back down, instead backing off of the rod, but that's not a big deal since 99% of the time I need to adjust the Z-Axis is to lift it out of the way, not lower it down.
