Z Axis Clamp for End stop

Z Axis Clamp for End stop

thingiverse

This clamp is for mounting an adjustment screw on the Z End Stop; it's a modified version of Aleph Objects' Z Clamp. If you have a similar setup, feel free to use this design. To print, create one each of the Z Clamp and (optionally) the Z Block, along with a 4mm Socket Head screw cap. It's designed for a 10mm rod. Print settings are at 90% infill, 2 shells, and 3 skirts if using ABS. The cap fits a 4mm socket head screw, while the inner hex pin is just for snugness. Secure with M4 nuts in the holder on top and bottom of the screw. You may need to bore holes or create new ones based on your printer requirements. Design files were created using Sketchup and checked through Netfabb before sharing. Required parts are a 4mm x 25mm SHCS, two M4 x .7 Nuts, two 3mm x 25mm SHCS or similar, and two M3 x .5 Nuts for an end stop (mechanical in this case).
