This holder cradles a Z-axis carrier on Prusa i3 replicas like the Anet A8. Initially, I discovered one with similar design but incorrect dimensions. This model fits a 608zz bearing perfectly and features holes spaced 17mm apart from center to center. It secures in place using 3mm bolts threaded onto the Z-axis smooth rod.
