Human: Refined the outer shape to achieve better effect and expanded the top "nut" area to provide a stronger grip for my Prusa i3 Rework project. A render is attached, showcasing the modifications. Print Settings: Rafts: Not a concern. Supports: Enabled with Yes as the selection. Resolution: 0.2mm precision achieved. Infill: Standard 30% filling rate was used; it may not significantly impact the final product due to thinner walls in this model. Notes: A brim of approximately 5mm is suggested, as per my usual printing settings. Post-Printing: Cleaning: Scrape out supports with a flathead screwdriver, making removal significantly easier, alongside tweezers. I have yet to print it upside down, but that might simplify the process further. Design Process: Mirror Image Replica The original file was imported into Fusion 360, where it underwent a redo; essentially replicating every detail while maintaining measurements from the original as references.
