Just print with the largest end base down. You may want a raft/brim to print if you don't have an adhesive bed. You put the thin end into the hole above the z-axis bar, then slot the bar into the large hole. Secure the swirly bar in place by tightening the hex nuts at the bottom. Use ZWobble.
