Z Axis Alignment tool for i3 Berlin
thingiverse
I successfully calibrated the X Axis perpendicular to the Y, but to ensure accuracy, I designed my own tool. This tool is a holder for a Dial test indicator that will snap fit to the X smooth rods. To make it work with your printer, you may need to adjust the design - mine was printed when my 3D printer was still being calibrated. With this tool, achieving high levels of accuracy is easy. Print Settings Printer: i3 Berlin (Prusa i3 derivative) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 10 - 15% Notes: This design can be printed without supports. How I Designed This I designed this tool in Autocad Fusion 360.
