A crucial lever to fine-tune the Z axis. To secure this lever in place, merely attach a screw to keep the handle firmly connected to the pulley, then add two M4 screws, each equipped with their respective knobs, to tighten everything snugly into position. By the way, I've successfully printed this part without supports at 0.2 resolution, and it turned out perfectly fine.
