Z-axis adjuster prusa I3

I'm writing this version for the z-axis adjuster on the prusa i3. It's remarkably straightforward, requiring merely the attachment of the adjuster directly beneath the z-axis bearings via clipping or gluing and the passage of a screw through it. Scaling up this design to ensure optimal performance will also help to eliminate any friction with the z-axis.
