Designed to perfectly replicate the Delrin parts I machined for my printer, this new design serves as a safeguard against bed damage caused by crashes and significantly enhances print quality through its clever x-axis shift traveling up the Z-axis. Having not yet printed it out, I'm pleased to report that the dimensions match those of the original machined part with only minor adjustments made to account for the predictable shrinkage that occurs when printing with ABS material.
